How to Order a Discontinued Shade
Submit the order form and tell us about your product. Want to tweak the additives and fragrance? Make your shade truly yours by requesting any modifications.
If you have a sample, send us a quarter-sized sample of the product you’d like to order. If not, we will see if we have made it in the past or attempt to create it based on online images and videos.
Our expert artisans will meticulously match the color to the best of our ability and you will receive it in 2-3 weeks.

Choose from the formulas we already have on file. If you don’t see the shade you are looking for, submit the order form below. Once we create the shade, we will add it to our archive for easy re-ordering. Note that these are our most recent orders, we have thousands of others we have made over the years that we are still in the process of adding to the site. You can submit the order form and we will check to see if we have made it before.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to send in a product sample?
We prefer that you send in a sample for the most accurate matching. If you do not have a sample, we can check our archives to see if we have made it in the past. If you don’t have a sample and we have not made it in the past, we will email you and ask you if you’d like us to try to recreate it based on images and videos we find online, although this method is not as accurate.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes, we ship our custom match lipsticks internationally. Note, we only offer domestic shipping for our other products.
Is there a discount if you order more than one?
Yes, we charge $50 for the first lipstick and only $25 for each additional one.
If I send my sample in the original packaging, will I get it back?
Yes, if you send your sample in the original lipstick tube, we will return it to you when we ship you your new lipsticks.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Our formulation process allows us to fine-tune shades and textures, so we are confident that we can get a precise match of your product. However, during formulation, if we feel that the replication is not precise enough and cannot get an exact match you will be refunded prior to recieving the order.
