How it works

1. Check Our Archive

We keep formulas of lipsticks we have already created. Check our archive first to see if we already have your formula on file—if we do, you can order it right away by adding the product to your cart.  

2. Submit an order

If we do not already have your lipstick in our archive, submit the order form. Tell us about your lipstick and request any modifications.

3. Mail in a sample

After submitting your order form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to mail in a small sample of your lipstick. This is what our artisans will use to re-create the lipstick. 

4. Let us Get to work

Our expert artisans will match the color and formula of your lipstick and you will recieve it in 2-3 weeks.
